The kids could not get enough of him. One morning Evan and Matty went trekking down to their bedroom at 7 am to see if Henry could play!
This one looks like one of the Lucero cousins holding Brad when he was a baby. The stark color difference was the theme of the week. Not just with Henry but with Brashley too.

Oh yeah...Brashley came also!
They did have fun at the beach though. They saw some turtles and practiced the paddle board. We all laughed at our kids and their attempt to ride the paddle board all together.
Uncle Kyle even bought him this very stylish umbrella at the swap meet.
Ash said it was the best souvenir they got. They wore it ragged....oh
wait, Kyle bought it ragged.
We met up with Cecy Wheeler's mom at the swap meet. Cecy had told us that her parents were on a mission at the PCC but we hadn't met her yet, then somehow Kyle spots her-Sister Pollock!
It was like meeting up with your favorite Auntie, we hugged and talked about the Wheelers and our purchases, she was really sweet.
After the swap meet we went to Pearl Harbor. Even though it makes for a long day, it is worth doing, and even
This was the first time we had seen a turtle swimming amongst the ruins, and the first time we had seen a turtle covered with barnacles. I don't get how that happens, but it was interesting. We noticed a lot of oil leakage this time too, which George found really amazing. By the end of this long day we definitely needed a Matsumoto break. Unfortunately the rest of the island had the same idea. This was the longest line for shaved ice, by a long shot, that we had ever experienced. It still only took about 20 minutes.
Everyone got very different flavors but they were all very good. I think I won with Mango/Lilikoi.
Henry LOVES Evan.
That first day at the beach someone said that the date was the 20th and I realized it was our anniversary! Oops! We have been celebrating for 9 weeks now, so it was fine that we forgot. Emily actually had a present for us, thanks to some help from Ira. Kyle had to meet a repairman at the house so when he made it back down to the beach I told him "Happy Anniversary" and we snapped an anniversary picture.
Couldn't have asked for a better anniversary, at our favorite place with some of our favorite people!
That night we left the kids home and took Brashley to the Prime Buffet and night show at the PCC.
Brad told a cute poly boy named Cubby that it was our anniversary and he came and sang us a song.
Us and Henry.
